We would like to proactively inform you about the current status:
- Supply Capability: Our production capacities are currently stable and we are able to deliver without restriction.
- Logistics & Transit: We are observing a general increase in transit times on sea freight routes of around 14 to 21 days due to necessary diversions. We are compensating for this as far as possible through forward-looking warehousing and adjusted scheduling cycles.
- Freight Costs: Rising energy costs and bottlenecks in the supply of intermediate products may have an indirect impact on procurement prices. Please understand that, due to these unpredictable market dynamics, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing and freight conditions should the burdens reach an extraordinary level.
- Risk management: We are in close contact with our logistics partners and suppliers in order to identify potential bottlenecks as early as possible and activate alternative routes or sources of supply.
Important Note: Please note that the situation is very dynamic. The above information does not constitute a legal guarantee for future delivery dates. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), delays cannot be completely ruled out despite the utmost care. We therefore recommend planning your requirements well in advance.
If you have any questions about ongoing orders, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
